Find the Entrepreneur in You - Masterclass This masterclass is all about how to find the Entrepreneur in you whilst working in a corporation. Abbie focuses on the life-story approach to discovering how participants can identify the episodes in their lives where they have displayed entrepreneurial talents. She helps them recall times when they were risk-taking, leading projects, generating profit, generating social benefits, and generally stepping out from the crowd to ‘make a difference.’ Building on acknowledgement of these life-story examples participants gain confidence and focus on their next entrepreneurial step. Abbie has conducted extensive research into how people ‘learn’ to become entrepreneurial. Having worked for City corporations she also draws on personal experience of intrapreneurship to deliver a highly challenging and results-focused event. For this masterclass, Abbie was awarded the European Consortium for Entrepreneurial Learning (ECLO) Award for most transformational and entertaining event.
