Abbie is the founder of the registered charity Gig-Arts, who present dynamic creative enterprise days with workshops and live performances, for students of the visual arts, music and drama.
Participants at Gig-Arts pledge to donate time and talent to help others in their community. Gig-Arts makes giving-back fun!
In 2010 Abbie's work as a charity leader went international and in 2011 she presented her charity’s Gig-Arts Event at the world famous Julliard School in New York. In 2013, Abbie took Gig-Arts to Ireland where she hosted the event at Trinity College Dublin’s Lir Academy with sponsorship from Royal Sun Alliance Insurance.
Abbie's Creativity Gameshow was a 'first' - and a bit of a gamble. Now we have witnessed a company CEO 'rapping' his team's marketing plan, nothing else will faze us! Enjoyable, innovative and motivating: A totally genuine and professional idea from Abbie Cooke. Highly recommended.”
