Abbie runs a series of customized Entrepreneurship courses, master classes, keynotes and in-house corporate programmes.
Abbie holds a masters degree in Entrepreneurship and was formerly the UK Business School Student of the Year for Corporate Social Responsibility. In the 1990s, Abbie worked in marketing for leading shipping accountants Moore Stephens before starting her first business as an international artist's agent in 1999.
Through her Company of Carvers Abbie brought together a global network of artists. Spotting a niche in the art market, she innovatively targeted the cruise ship industry. The highlight of her artistic entrepreneurship came in 2003 when she became Britain's largest supplier of artwork to the largest cruise ship in the world, Cunard's Queen Mary 2.
Turning more recently to social entrepreneurship, Abbie set up a registered charity to enhance her outreach and impact to a wider circle of stakeholders. She developed her understanding of the Third Sector at the Cass Centre for Charity Effectiveness in London where she enjoyed taking part in the Aspiring Chief Executive Programme
Abbie won award for a British Female Inventor/ Innovator of the Year, which fuelled her popularity as a speaker on Creative Entrepreneurship.
